Our Process
Initial Consultation
Every business had its own unique needs, and we’d love to hear yours!
- Is your team spending time troubleshooting when you’d like them to be working?
- Do you have specific issues that keep coming up?
- Planning for growth, and want to do so cost-effectively?
- Is your existing I.T. team expensive, and you’d like to reduce costs?
By the end of your consultation, you’ll have an action plan for how to proceed, along with valuable recommendations from us for things you can do immediately.
Build the Foundation
We’ll come out to you for an initial on-site evaluation. In our initial visit, we will:
- Take inventory of your systems, software, procedures, and data
- Securely collect system credentials
- Set up secure remote access
- Discuss additional questions or concerns you have
After you approve our action plan, we’ll get to work setting up the tools and procedures we need to get your equipment where you need it to be. Unless additional hardware is required, we can typically do this by remote, and after hours.
When this is complete, you will receive a digital documentation of all of the information we collected. This is yours to keep, and should be treated like a company asset!
Ongoing
