Switching IT providers is never an easy decision, and I had plenty of apprehension going into the process. Seven Star Systems quickly put those concerns at ease. They made the transition for ABC Gift Marketing smooth, easy, and far less intimidating than I expected. Everything we needed was handled efficiently, professionally, and without a long, drawn-out process. On top of that, the cost savings have been very significant. I needed help with my DNS server for my website and CRM, I saw Chris Sappington with Seven Star Systems speak at the coffee connection meeting and I reached out. He was timely in his response and professional. He put me right at ease as I talked through what I thought the issue was. He knew exactly what I needed and got to work. It's an added bonus that ALL NIA members are background checked so when Chris offered to fix it, I didn't need to go look for reviews and do any research or do my homework. This made it a simple decision for me when he asked for me to share my login information.  From start to finish it was about 30 mins and I had an invoice shortly after and was able to go on with my day.
